Azura The Coffee Company (Sama Hospitality and Business LLC) provides products and services to customers and end-users subject to a particular Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service that maybe updated for security and safety reasons without prior notice.


Azura reserves the right within company discretion to update and alter contents, products, or services on our web platform and other social sites whichever is required to better suit the growing needs and satisfaction of our customers. 


Customers and browsers under the age of 18 are discouraged to sign-up and register as a user. Please kindly seek an assistance with your guardian or an elderly family member to be able to do transaction/s within our platform. 


Azura The Coffee Company owns and operates www.azura.coffee , a local Omani Brand doing business with coffee since 2019 with registered commercial address Way 9203, building 790, Shop 1, Al Ansab, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. 


Our business is being governed by Omani local laws and regulations and represented under establishment name of Azura and Azura The Coffee Company.


Brand and Intellectual Property Rights:  


Sama Hospitality and Business LLC, represented under establishment name Azura The Coffee Company and it’s platform www.azura.coffee and its social pages owns all of it’s contents including but not limited to: photographs, graphics and artworks, images and videos, texts.


It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, alter, or sell any of it’s content without valid and prior permission from the owner/s of it’s content.

PRIVACY POLICY


Our privacy policy is strictly governed by SAMA HOSPITALITY AND BUSINESS LLC. A local Omani business based in Muscat, in the Sultanate of Oman doing business in coffee since 2019. We collect and maintain full disclosure of informations being collected by our team and our social and web platforms.


Our team and web platform collects informations and personal identification as part of our continuous improvement of user experience and customer service.


Our website ensures that the informations collected are safe with data privacy through security measures and and only being used for the intended purpose for your relevant inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.


All informations are collected voluntarily from each customers who are signing up with our web mailing list, blogs, newsletter, and subscriptions. However, customers are 100% to opt-out and unsubscribe whenever they wish to.


AZURA.COFFEE will not share or sell any of the informations given by a customer, however our website might use third party service providers to operate and maintain the website and its functions on our behalf and your informations will be used only at the scope you have filled in purpose. All payment details made through our website with debit or credit and personal informations will not be stored, shared, or sold to any other parties.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Online Web Purchase:


Your experience matters to us!


In a case that one of our product did not satisfy your needs and wish to return or replace your purchase, kindly coordinate with our team within three (3) days of purchase or delivery. Our dedicated team would be more than happy to assist in delivering your satisfaction with the range of our products.


For any products such as coffee, tea, chocolate, etc; we cannot accept returns of an opened product for food safety and sanitary reasons, we advise that you make sure of the product informations upon your purchase with the assistance of our dedicated team, to avoid any inconvenience.


For equipment and other coffee related accessories, kindly ensure that the original packaging is still intact and that you hold a copy of your purchase receipt.


In case that an exchange or replacement cannot be fulfilled, our team will arrange a refund of the product within seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days excluding holidays. Please be informed that any shipping costs, local duties and taxes are not covered under returns and replacement terms and are not refundable.


Walk-In Retail Purchase:


Walk-In customers are covered with a two (2) day replacement or refund. In a case that one of our product did not satisfy your needs and wish to return or replace your purchase, kindly coordinate with our team within two (2) days of purchase.


Terms and Conditions:


For any products such as coffee, tea, chocolate, etc; we do not accept returns of an opened product for food safety and sanitary reasons, we advise that you make sure of the product informations to suit your needs upon your purchase with the assistance of our dedicated team, to avoid any inconvenience.

SHIPPING


We take pride on our products and assurance of its freshness and quality before it leaves our doors. Please note that some coffees and products are produced by order, and some are already produced on stock, if you have inquiries or preference, please kindly don’t hesitate to reach our dedicated team.


Local Shipping: 


Local shipping could be arranged in various modes and to be quoted accordingly to whichever service provider can fulfill the service to your nominated delivery address. Small orders addressed within Muscat is FREE OF CHARGE and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders by Bulk and outside Muscat will be arranged by third party service providers such as Gulf Line and Dalilee and delivered within 2-3 working days. 


GCC and International Shipping: 


Our world-wide shipping is handled primarily with our partnership DHL. Collections are generally made within 2 days depending on the orders and quantities. 


Shipping Fees are automatically calculated on check-out for direct web-orders and are based on weight, volume, and delivery destination. 


For bulk and large shipments, a quotation will be communicated and sent through email, customers are also free to nominate a logistics company to collect the products and ship to their nominated delivery address. 


Shipping timelines are primarily set by DHL or other couriers depending on delivery address and high be affected by local holidays, etc. Shipping will be confirmed and possibly monitored by a tracking number that will be provided to the customer once shipment has been booked.
